Please read the following guidelinesÂ
IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED WRONG OR DAMAGEDÂ PRODUCTS:
Please inspect your merchandise carefully as soon you receive it. If any damaged or discrepancy of your order you have to report it within 14 days after your MERCHANDISE HAVE BEEN DELIVERED.
Please follow steps bellow:
1-Please CONTACT US at 310-872-7433 (Call or text) or by email at info@yaknyeti.biz Provide us your original order number, style number, reason and a picture of the product (s).
2-Wait for us to replay back to you. We will contact you ASAP and we gladly solve the situation in the best way possible and tell you how to proceed.
*For damaged items we might send you a replacement and email you a return shipping label to send the other one back to us at no cost or issue a refund.
*All items returned to us must be in original package, unused, unworn condition, with all tags attached.
IF YOU WANT TO RETURN YOUR MERCHANDISE FOR ANY REASON
If your Yak & Yeti order doesn’t meet your satisfaction, we gladly accept the product(s) back within 14 days after your MERCHANDISE HAVE BEEN DELIVERED. We will gladly issue you a refund or store credit. The item has to be in the same condition as was received with the tags on. Some exceptions might apply:

*NOT RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS*
*NO RETURNS ON STATUES*
Merchandise of our brand purchased from another company, you need to contact them directly.

Please follow steps below:
1-If you want to return any merchandise, please fill up the Return Form attached and contact us within 14 days after your MERCHANDISE HAVE BEEN DELIVERED. All items must be in original, unused, unworn condition, with all tags attached.Â
2-After you contact us, we will email you a return shipping label to send the item (s) back to us at no cost. You are responsible to print out the Return Shipping Label, pack the item and send it back to us. If you don’t have the Return Form please CONTACT US at 310-872-7433 (Call or text) or by email at info@yaknyeti.biz and we will also email you one.
3-If you choose to use another shipping method for the return, we will not refund your shipping cost.

4-As soon we get the merchandise back, we would issue you store credit or a refund, according of what you requested on the Return Form. For a store credit we will email you a Gift Card with a unique code to use it on any future purchase on our website. For a refund you will be credit back to the same method of payment used to make the original purchase.Â

*ORIGINAL SHIPPING COST IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
*Items returned after 14 days since your MERCHANDISE HAVE BEEN DELIVERED will be subject to 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
