Return Policy

Upon received your order, please check the merchandise carefully. If any damage or discrepancy on your order you have to report it within 7 business. We will take full responsibility and we will refund you the total amount you paid including the shipping cost. 

If you didn't receive any damage item, but you still want to exchange or return the product make sure you contact us within 7 days after you merchandise have been delivered. You are responsible for any shipping cost.

Returned merchandise without prior authorization from us WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. So please make sure you contact us before sending any merchandise back. Any item notified or returned after 7 days will be subject to 15% restocking fee.

The item has to be in the same condition as was received and with the tag on.

All merchandise purchased online through can only be returned by mail.

Merchandise purchased in our retail store location can only be returned at the same location.
